Garden Furniture Delivery Policy

Deliveries within Murcia
Alfrescofurniturespain is based in Murcia, and all deliveries within this region will be delivered by our own drivers who will take your furniture into your terrace, unpack and take the packaging away when agreed with our sales team.

Deliveries to other regions of Spain
Deliveries to other regions of Spain are delivered directly by the manufacturer or their delivery contractors. Please note that manufacturers for furniture ranges including Skyline Design, Agua Del Mar, Hevea and Point use a 'deliver to gate' only policy which means to the closest entry point from main street for delivery vehicle. Clients are asked to make preparations to have resources available on the day of delivery to move the furniture to its final destination.

Garden Furniture suitability
It is the clients' responsibility to be 100% certain the items they have ordered will fit into their property having checked access through doors, lifts, corridors etc and any access to upper levels and terraces.

Delivery Outside Spain
Deliveries outside of Spain will incur a delivery charge that will be payable by the client prior to leaving the manufacturers premises. This charge will be calculated based on volume, weight and distance at the point of purchase.
